              Outdoor Life Coaching Options

              Standalone Sessions

If you have a single topic that you want to tackle in your life, that you perceive to be straightforward, then this is the best coaching option. Choose a duration (1, 2 or 3 hours) based on how long you think it might take to reach an outcome. If we finish early we can look at other improvements you want to make. Alternatively you can book another follow-on session if it proves more far-reaching than you expected.

              Longer Sessions

If you would like to talk about something that is more complex or far-reaching, or you want a longer outdoor experience, you might want to book a half or full day session.

              Multiple Days

If you know that you are at a crossroads and want to make big changes then it could be that you want to journey with us for several days and delve into topics like your potential and what you want to make of it. Only choose this option if you are sure it is what you want, after having delved into the topic previously, either with Nick or another coach. If in doubt, contact us to talk through what you think you need.

              Multiple Sessions

If you already know that what you want to deal with will take more than a one-off outdoor coaching session, however long it lasts, or you want help on an ongoing basis then go for this option. The basic package involves 6 hour long sessions but this can be altered to suit if necessary. If you want Nick to travel to you this will incur more costs, so it might be worth considering a longer initial session and then booking follow-on sessions after seeing how it goes.

              Activities

I am qualified to go walking, mountain biking, canoeing, climbing or sailing and am happy to use any of them as a vehicle to coach you although walking, sailing and flat water canoeing facilitate conversations best. But its your choice.

I use venues across Argyll ranging from short mountainous routes to a stroll through the local formal gardens. You can choose or suggest somewhere nearer to your own base.
